Billie Holiday sang it best, but with December comes a virtual writing workshop and a couple of Sundays spent preaching at churches in Davis and Oakland. I can only hope I’ll be seeing you in all the old familiar places, somewhere along the way.

If you’re of the churchy type, then I invite you to join me when I preach on Sunday, December 7th, 9 and10:30 am at University Covenant Church in Davis, California. I’m then preaching two weeks later on Sunday, December 21st, 7:45 and 10 am at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Oakland, California. The latter is Blue Christmas and I couldn’t be more excited.1
