I'll be seeing you...
in all the old familiar places, which is to say, at a virtual writing workshop and at churches in Davis and Oakland
Billie Holiday sang it best, but with December comes a virtual writing workshop and a couple of Sundays spent preaching at churches in Davis and Oakland. I can only hope I’ll be seeing you in all the old familiar places, somewhere along the way.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to pause, reflect, and create as we move toward Christmas, then I want you to invite you to join my dear friend and fellow author Micha Boyett and me for an intimate, two-hour virtual writer’s workshop, focused on the themes of hope, joy, peace, and love. Usher in the season of Advent with us!
I know, those images are really big, aren’t they? Well, they’re big but they also get the point across. The workshop will be on Saturday, December 6th, 8 - 10 am PST/11 am - 1 pm EST. Cost: $30. REGISTER HERE.
If you’re of the churchy type, then I invite you to join me when I preach on Sunday, December 7th, 9 and10:30 am at University Covenant Church in Davis, California. I’m then preaching two weeks later on Sunday, December 21st, 7:45 and 10 am at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Oakland, California. The latter is Blue Christmas and I couldn’t be more excited.1
Will I be seeing you soon enough here? I sure hope so.
With hope,
c.
